WHAT WE DO

In addition to the Outstanding Theatrical Productions and Arts education classes, workshops and lessons we provide our Theatre and School patrons, LAMB Arts is also providing Arts opportunities through a variety of additional programs to people of all ages throughout Siouxland and beyond.
Provide Access to the Arts through:
creation of schools /theatre partnerships
  • Poetry Out Loud (NEA and Iowa Arts Council collaboration).  LAMB Arts now claims TWO Iowa Grand Champions! John-Emmett Mahon (2010) and Grace Rants (2011)
  • Since  the 2007-2008 School year we began teaching theatre arts classes at Hunt, Everett and Irving Elementary Schools in Sioux City . We look forward to many years of  these important partnerships.
  • The LAMB Caravan has brought quality children's theatre to children's schools throughout the midwest.
  • Page to Stage projects
creation of community partnerships:
  • Camp Imagination Project with Mary Treglia  House
  • ArtSplash and Saturday in the Park
  • Girls, Inc.
  • "Celebrate Autism" theatre arts program for the                Siouxland Families with Autistic Children Group.
  • creation of new curriculum for short term theatre arts projects to be used with new collaborating partners 
OTHER Arts Access Projects
  • free and reduced theatre admissions for under-served populations
  • full and partial scholarship assistance 
  • special event planning, including day camps, Siouxland Singing Stars, and many more
  • POETRY OUT LOUD IOWA partner (see next page)
  • one day school visits bringing theatre arts to school age students
  • touring children's theatre production to area elementary schools and children's groups

  • World Premiere of Stephen Dolginoff's PANIC, the War of the Worlds Broadcast. (May 2009)
